The La49 Hotel is a lovely boutique spot with spacious, clean rooms, and a rooftop pool perfect for a sunset dip. The staff’s warm hospitality and helpful nature truly made my stay memorable, ensuring I felt welcome throughout.

Distance to the closest public transport station takes about a 20-25 minute walk. Balcony room disappointment when it opened into a confined AC vent area, which dampened the appeal. Slight musty smell upon entry to the bedroom, though it faded over time. It's starting to show some wear, but cleanliness remains intact.

I was blown away by how spacious the Superior One Bedroom Apartment was! It had a fully-equipped kitchen and an amazing shower that made my stay super comfortable. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the room perfectly cool during my time there.

TV lacking HD quality!!! Strongly recommend making sure to have an address card for taxi directions, as it's a bit out of the way!!! Some furniture showing wear, could use an update!!! Noise from upstairs can disrupt sleep!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The La49 Hotel. The spacious Superior One Bedroom Apartment felt like a cozy home, with a well-equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. The staff were exceptionally warm, with one gentleman providing wonderful local dining recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable.

The shower was top-notch, and the Japanese toilet was an unexpected luxury. It felt great to come back to a clean room every day, and they have awesome air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat!

The stay was overall pleasant with a spacious apartment. The staff, particularly Kaviraj, were incredibly helpful, making navigating Bangkok easier. However, the nearby roads were narrow and not very pedestrian-friendly. I also noticed the bathroom sink had a minor leak, which was slightly inconvenient.

Wi-Fi was fast, and I loved the in-room laundry, but parking was limited.

It was just a balanced option for a whistle-stop in Bangkok with good value for money. The staff were super friendly and offered great tips for local eateries. Avoid peak hours if you're planning to use the nearby transport options.
